  • Registration Information. While you do not have to create an account on the Services, you may choose to log into your social media account through the Services. We may collect personal information from the social media website. For example, when you log in with your Facebook credentials, we may collect the personal information you have made publicly available in Facebook, such as your name and profile picture.

  • Communications. We may collect the contents of Your Content (including any metadata) and store them on our servers. We also will store any communications we have with you, such as if you send us an email.

Per our Terms, by your use of our Services, you consent to us sharing Your Content with other users as directed by you. For example, you may share Photos you Processed using the Services to Facebook or another social network through the functionality provided on the Services.

  • Other Users. Our Services enable you to send messages, including Photos or Videos, to other users using the native messaging functionalities of your device.

  • Service Providers and Other Third Parties. We may share your information with service providers and other third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as providing information technology services and analytics services. Service providers such as analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different online services when you use our application.

  • Aggregate and Non-identifying Information. We may share aggregate and other non-personal information and log data with our partners in order to improve the overall experience of our Services. We may publicly share aggregate data about how our users interact with our Services.

  • Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement.Crunch cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will share your information if we, in our good faith judgment, believe it is reasonably necessary to: respond to claims and legal process (including valid subpoenas, court orders, or government requests); protect the property, rights, and safety of Crunch, our users, or others as required or permitted by law; enforce our Terms or other agreements; prevent or stop activity we believe to be illegal, unethical or legally actionable; and detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

If CrunchCam is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, our customers’ information may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, or successor or assignee. We will notify you of such a change in ownership or transfer of assets by posting a notice on our website.

  • Other Sharing. We may also disclose your information when we believe, in good faith, it is necessary to (i) take precautions against liability, (ii) protect ourselves or others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity, (iii) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, (iv) protect the security or integrity of our Services and any facilities or equipment used to make the Services available, or (v) protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of our agreements), or the rights, property, or safety of others.


If you receive promotional email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. Even after you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Services. You may also receive promotional notifications from us on your device. You can disable these messages through your device’s settings for notifications.


Crunch takes the online protection of children very seriously. Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Services. If we learn that personal information has been collected from persons under 13 years of age, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 years of age has obtained an account on our Services, then you may alert us at and request that we delete that child’s personal information from our systems.

Our Services are hosted in the European Union and United States. If you choose to use the Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you maybe transferring Your Content outside of those regions to the United States or other regions for storage and processing.
